A little advice to consider before this weekend. Maybe you will play in competition, with friends or not at all; In short, this advice may be good for all players who want to evolve and who do not believe the best in the world (we would already know) ... in short, here it is.

Argentines say that padel you should never make a mistake during a first serve and during the return. I approve of what the Argentines say, and I would allow myself to bring my “French touch” by adding… and the first end.

If during your game you make the effort to simply put the first serve, your return and your first end into the field, you may improve quickly.

When I say the first end, I mean whenever you go forward to the net; it can be a volley after a serve, after a lob made over your opponents, and even and especially after a bandeja. How many faults at the net do we make after a bandeja ? Too much.

So it's a gift, try to put it into practice quickly and tell us what it is, it's always fun.
