The pair Roumy / Armagnac wins the Open Five La Rochelle logically. No set lost and a level of play clearly above the competition.

In the final, the pair Poey / Saurois however fought to the end by managing to return to the game after being led 6 / 3 4 / 1 in the second set.

In the tie-break of the second set, the 4 players gratify us with beautiful points but also some avoidable errors that ultimately cost the set and the match at Poey / Saurois.

It was the first big Le Five padel tournament in La Rochelle. A warm atmosphere, a pretty incredible club.

Club manager Maxime Bernard promises us that " It's not over yet. Other padel courts should be built by next year ».

In total, 4 more padel courts will be built in the center, making 6 padel courts in total.

We will definitely talk again about the Le Five La Rochelle club which intends to offer other padel events.
