Stéphane Massot, the manager of the club padel Aixois ALL IN PADEL SPORTS located in the center of life of VILLAGE DECATHLON in Bouc-Bel-Air, does us the honor of answering our questions. He tells us everything.

You are the happy creator of this wonderful ALL IN club PADEL SPORTS, but let's start at the beginning where did you get that weird name from?

At the very beginning, my first partner being a poker fanatic, the term ALL IN came naturally, saying to myself that we were betting everything on this club I liked well after it was easy to add PADEL and SPORTS.

The summer holidays are coming, but the All In Padel Sports does not rest!

We end the season with this great event that is the National Padel Cup. The winners will not only have a Wild Card to participate in the final phase from November 2 to 4, (P1000 ladies and gentlemen) but they will also win the week pass and the registration fees for this tournament which is equivalent to more than 100 € endowment per player. We can then provide one of the pairs with a toilet.

The academy of padel will be renewed for its second consecutive year and will be implemented as of next September. The Mixed Challenge in September is also planned with the MP2 Master in October.

You started with 4 outdoor courts. But soon 2 more fields?

The short 4 gauge is strictly the minimum to ensure a certain turnover, this is just enough to crush the operating costs, from short 6 it starts to allow a turnover base and especially a response to the growing demand, because there is nothing more terrible for a club than to refuse the world and to frustrate a customer, all this meant that we had no choice but to add these two short semi-indoors planned for the re-entry.

Having two short cutlery will give your club a variety of offers?

Absolutely these two indoor courts, given the vagaries of the weather, were essential. These lands also meet increasingly important requirements from our customers. For example, as special as it may seem, we have in our clientele, a party who prefers to play indoors when the weather is nice outside.

Playing indoors can provide comfort and ease of play for some players. It seems to me a bit of a pity at times, when we see the exceptional climate we can have in the south.

Your indoor courts will be a bit special, what is so special about them?

They are semi-covered, they are the exact compromise between the indoor court and the “garden shed” type cover, which allows you to be in contact with the outside while being totally protected 365 days a year. These sites will also benefit from a special system making it possible to be warmer in winter and colder in summer.

How would you distinguish your club vis-à-vis the competition that is present around your location?

We are a simple club where everything is based on the concept of service with a family side and humanly close.

And what does that give in figures?

Without giving too many elements because I like to remain discreet about this information, we are on a basis of more than 100 € of turnover and more than 000 active members (I never take reservations into account in my members. of passage).

One last word to conclude

I have been working since the age of 18 and at 56 I am doing the best job in the world: managing a club in his favorite sport.
