In the catalog padel from home Tecnifibre, there is a teardrop-shaped range called wall breaker, focused on power, then a Wall Master range, focused on control, and in a round format.

It is the latter and more precisely the top-of-the-range model (370) that we are going to analyze today, and as much to tell you that I am excited like crazy because the Wall Breaker range had completely amazed me with its stability and its power, to the detriment, however, of a still perfectible maneuverability for ordinary mortals.

Will the challenge be taken up today? Still as many watts and more ease of use? Let's go !

Exclusive technologies

The Tecnifibre Wall Master 370 2023 racquet has been specially designed to meet the needs of players looking for optimal accuracy and control.

Its round shape allows great precision during strikes thanks to an amplified sweet-spot, while offering excellent control whether in attack or defense.

Weighing 370g, this racquet offers exceptional balance, facilitating quick movements and unexpected and sudden changes of direction. It is made from the famous XTC Carbon Fiber, and is equipped with the softest foam in the Tecnifibre catalog (Foam 12° Ultra Soft), but I will come back to this point a little later.

The faces are covered with a “Spin Skin Rough” relief, for a sanded and rough result offering maximum spin, allowing you to add spin to your shots and keep the ball a few thousandths more in the racket.

The Arch Bridge is this central and master piece that aims to increase the flexibility of the frame in order to maintain optimal stability and precision.

In addition, the pala benefits from a PHD drilling plan, with holes of 3 different diameters, in order to optimize the precision in the center of the head and to increase the tolerance on off-center hits at the ends, thus ensuring optimal performance. even on off-center strikes.

The racquet head is designed with “X-TOP” technology, which combines ultra-resistant aramid fibers with a PTFE treatment to limit abrasion, thus guaranteeing increased durability and protection against wear due to friction repeated.

With high-end features such as the CarbonShield TEI, Arch Bridge, PHD and Spin Skin Rough, this racquet is ideal for competitors looking for superior precision, comfort and performance on the court. short.

Moreover, I find it clear and natural with this very chauvinistic color code, where black is invited between the famous blue – white – red dear to the French brand.

The strap is very simple and the height of the correct handle.

"A delight !"

In game, I must admit that the good news has indeed taken place! What a treat to be on the fly with this pala, extremely well balanced, docile and cooperative.

The arm speed is amplified, the swing is carried out with remarkable serenity, and the smashes do not suffer from the combination of ultra-soft rubber and round format. Quite the contrary, I found this pala extremely reactive, with daunting precision, and the rubber used, in my humble opinion, is in no way flexible or very flexible! Unless the carbon used on the faces is so stiff that it compensates for the soft rubber?

For me, it's slightly less stiff than the Wall Breaker 375, but much stiffer than many of the competition's models.

“Amazing maneuverability”

In very fast actions, volleys and strikes on the move, it is a pala with admirable maneuverability that will get you out of perilous situations thanks to its balance which, for me, is close to perfection.

Where she excels is in the defensive phases, those last efforts needed to get out of trouble when the ball skims the carpet. This little flick of the wrist that squashers master perfectly, but which will only be really effective if the pala is well balanced. Indeed, the heavier the latter will be, the more painful the operation will be.

With this Wall Master 370, the battle seems to be won in advance, because all the ingredients have been brought together for it to surpass itself in ultra defensive configurations.

In summary, this pala is the flagship of the new Master range, this reference which best combines power and domestication in order to approach the most versatile pala possible. It uses all the ingredients of the Wall Breaker 375, has a round format, the Arch Bridge instead of the D-Bridge, and a 12° Ultra Soft compound (16° Medium for its cousin). Regarding this last characteristic, do not be fooled by the density of its foam, even if it means repeating myself, because this information is essential, it remains quite rigid!

Less powerful than the Wall Breaker 375, but much more manageable, it will delight players looking for control without losing power and responsiveness. I would also recommend this pala to players who want to go an extra step, gain a lot of power while keeping this control and this mastery specific to female models.

Thank you to Tecnifibre for sending me the bag, the t-shirts, and of course this magnificent pala!
