Following the speech by the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, this Tuesday, November 24, thetennis and padel were left unsatisfied. Can amateurs resume at the beginning of December or not?

If it is very difficult to get a reliable and clear answer, the Team Journal gives us a first element of answer. According to the newspaper, amateurs will be able to rlearn tennis, golf and sailing.

On the side of La Mairie de Paris, the same story goes, if we believe their message on the website for booking padel from the city of Paris:

Following the latest government announcements, all Parisian tennis courts are closed until December 1st 2020. No reservations on Paris Tennis can therefore be made during this period.

If we follow this same logic, the tennis courts in the city of Paris should be accessible again by amateurs and tennis players from December 2.

We will have to wait for the details of Jean Castex, the Prime Minister this Thursday but also the press release from the French Tennis Federation to find out more. But if the latest trends are to be believed, individual outdoor sports could be allowed.
