You have certainly heard of it, especially during our test of the new Nox rackets, the Multilayered Core is one of the great innovations on the planet padel. Focus.

As you know, the core of a racquet padel Usually consists of a single material, usually EVA or FOAM foam. In order to create ever more versatile snowshoes, manufacturers do not hesitate to mix materials with different properties. This is the case of Bullpadel, which incorporates dual density foam in its 2020 snowshoes, But also Nox Padel, the first manufacturer to offer a multi-layered core.

Le Multilayered Core, or multi-layered core in French, is a Nox innovation Padel which consists in combine two materials in the heart of a racket by superimposing up to seven layers ! The result is stunning since the pala takes on the characteristics of the two materials used. Up to now 4 models of the range are equipped with this technology.

The Tempo WPT racket combines EVA foam usually found on Nox rackets with FOAM foam much more tender. Result: a very comfortable racket, which provides more security, as we have  seen during the test.

The Nerbo WPT, ML10 Anniversary and Stinger Anniversary rackets combine traditional Nox EVA foam with a overpowered gum, which resembles the material with which bouncing balls for children are made! The result is a power gain, and exceptional ball output, generated by this rebound effect. It is notably thanks to the properties of this eraser (combined with 18k carbon on the faces) that the Nerbo WPT would allow printing 15% more speed on the ball. With such benefits, the Multilayered Core already has many followers!
