La National Tennis Cup is the biggest tournament amateur tennis player in the world. With 35 editions of the National Tennis Cup and 9 editions of the National Padel Cup, this competition has become a must for all racket sports lovers!
The National Padel Cup, what is it?
The National Tennis/Padel Cup is an amateur level competition, which offers an attempt to become the best player by ranking from France, from unclassified up to 2/6, for the tennis part.
It works a bit the same way for padel. The qualifying phases are played in around twenty clubs in France , by the organizing clubs of the circuit, through tournaments P100 women and P100 men.
Today, the French Tennis Federation has taken the reins of organizing the competition. All tournaments in the qualifying phase can be found on Ten'Up app.
To find your padel qualifying phase: once on the Ten'Up page, enter a city, then apply the option Padel. Then go to the “type of competition” filter and check “tournaments” then “National Circuit Padel Cup”.
The 2024 edition, practical information
The qualifying phase will begin on April 6 next and will last until September 29 . Then, the final phase of the National Tennis Cup will take place from October 20 & 26, 2024 at the Cap d'Agde international center.
The final phase will oppose the pairs having won their qualifying phase and who will play, during the week in Cap d'Agde, P250 tournaments according to different formulas (men, women, mixed).
Each year, nearly 1 tennis and padel players come together for a week of celebration between sport and entertainment: poker tournament, beach tennis, visits, ping-pong, volleyball, theme evenings...
In 2023, almost 900 players padel players tried their luck during a qualifying phase. It remains to be seen whether this tournament will invite even more players this year!
