Is this the end of the TCM Pade in Marseillel, one of the oldest clubs in padel French? One of Marseille's historic clubs, the TCM padel could see its doors close permanently. Unfortunately, this is already no longer a question:

"We know the answer. Because we lost in justice”Says Jean-Marc Dalain, one of the great figures of padel French.

There was a proceeding against the TCM padel aiming to stop the activity because of the noise generated by our sport. And we lost.

Reminder of the facts: A neighboring residence sues the TCM PADEL 4 years ago for noise pollution related to the activity padel. The club padel is located in a century-old tennis club: Le Tennis Club de Marseille.

However, the summary judge, following the recommendations of an acoustic expert, ruled: the padel no longer has its place in the city outdoors!

Even during the day, we are not allowed to exceed 5 db in relation to the ambient sound volume. The measurements observed exceed 12 db on average during the practice of padel...

A big disappointment

A real big family has formed around our two small fields where we take a lot of pleasure to share our passion ...

Apart from the fact that this decision ruins 5 years of efforts to develop this club where we have put our “guts”, that Sandra loses her job putting us in financial difficulties, it is the padel in France, which is in great danger because this decision could set a precedent.

The fight is not over: "we will appeal! "
