We are looking for an m/f Italian cuisine Chef and an experienced pizza maker to join our restaurant project within our sports-oriented complex. padel, located near Angers. The opening is scheduled for the 1ᵉʳ quarter of 2024. If you are ready to participate in the creation of a sports living space, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and creating the highest quality Italian dishes
  • Manage the preparation of the pizza dough and train the team
  • Supervise and mentor the kitchen team to ensure the consistent quality of the dishes served
  • Control raw material costs and ensure kitchen profitability
  • Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards

requirements:

  • Confirmed experience as an Italian cuisine chef, with a good knowledge in the preparation of pizza dough
  • Participation upstream in the creation of the menu
  • Ability to manage a growing kitchen
  • Culinary creativity and passion for Italian products
  • Strong team management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Great autonomy
  • Attention to detail and adherence to the highest quality standards
  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
