Thomas Leygue and Ferran Insa won the final of FIP Rise Antalya beating Jérôme Inzerillo and Clément Geens in two sets: 7/6 6/1. For Thomas Leygue, it is a first victory in an international tournament on the FIP circuit. “FINALLY,” he tells us, talking about his numerous participations in tournaments all over the world.

In an interview after his victory, Thomas Leygue told us:

“This is the first international tournament that I have won. I'm really delighted. We have been very consistent since the start of the tournament. Then, there was this semi-final where we saved 3 match points, which allowed us to continue the adventure in Turkey”.

“During this final, I think there was a very competitive first set from all four players. There was fatigue due to our respective semi-finals. The loss of the first set for Jérôme and Clément surely affected them mentally, and it, on the contrary, galvanized us to conclude the match in 2 sets.”
