If foreign players, especially French-speaking players, contact us to come to Spain, it is because they have specific objectives that they cannot necessarily achieve in France at the moment. Being able to afford a tailor-made internship in Barcelona means taking advantage of a long Spanish experience and know-how from coaches who are dedicated exclusively to Padel.

In partnership with the most relevant clubs in the Barcelona region, we have the pretension of offering internship formulas that want to meet the expectations of players who contact us according to their profile. Starting from the principle that each player is different, as well in his sporting experience, but also his physical form of the moment, his desires without forgetting the time which he has for his internship, it is important to set up a coherent program which adapts to all these aspects.

Which internship formulas to choose?

We have several reference formulas that are customizable.

One of the most requested internships, is the so-called "MIXED" formula with 1h30 individual course with 1 coach (choice for 1 to 3 players) and 1h30 to match with local players. Several variants can be added with the possibility to have a longer course slot for people coming on shorter periods or being particularly fit but also the possibility of integrating a coach during games to be more relevant concerning tactical choices.

These programs run for a duration ranging from 2-3 days (usually weekends) to 5-6 days (weekdays).

We also have other formulas which are:

La TECNIC + formula : For players wishing to receive as much technical advice as possible. In short, to acquire the good basics of padel. The objective of their stay in Spain is to store as much information as possible on specific shots (bandera, vibora, game with the walls ..) before being able to put them into practice on their return to France. It is then a question of doubling the technical sessions each day.

La TACTIC + formula: Aimed at those who wish to take advantage of the Spanish experience to play intensively with all types of players. The goal is to store gaming experience through numerous matches and tournaments that vary partners and opponents.

La INTENSIVE PRO formula : Each month, we offer intensive internship sessions from Sunday to Friday. This formula is offered to all players, whatever their level (possibility of registering individually or in groups), who want to experience a week of training like a “professional”.

All aspects of the game are identified and trained according to the level of each player: Video analyzes on the techniques and tactics used at high level are studied and then readapted to each trainee. Time devoted to specific physical preparation for padel and in particular injury prevention is implemented in addition to game situations with local partners and opponents providing comprehensive intensive training!

Of course, the linguistic part must not be a barrier! This is why we offer coaches who adapt to your language skills by giving you their advice in Spanish but also in English or French.

Who participate in the courses?

How is the organization of an internship padel in Barcelona with OuiSportSpirit?
