The UrbanPadel Le Mans continues its development by launching its academy. Since last September, the center has been offering several formulas supervised by a qualified teacher.

Quarterly group lessons

The UrbanPadel du Mans offers formulas by trimester. These allow you to progress in all areas of the game with different themes for each session. Students are grouped by level thanks to an initial evaluation offered to all newcomers.

During the sessions, the time is divided between technical and tactical workshops as well as game phases and directed matches. It is a cycle of 10 sessions, which are adapted according to the level and needs of the different groups.

A la carte group lessons

As with the quarterly formula, there is the possibility of taking à la carte group lessons for 3, 4 or 8 people. This formula makes it possible to be less constrained by a time slot imposed each week. Additionally, it will allow students to work on a specific shot, tactical, placement or game situation they wish to address.

Individual or duo lessons

To complete the course offer, it is possible to take individual or duo lessons (only on daytime slots, before 18 p.m.). This formula will allow you to work very specifically on a shot, a game situation and to progress more quickly. Duo lessons will also improve team play and use of the court.

The school of padel young

UrbanPadel also offers a formula for children through its school of padel, to allow the youngest to progress in padel and for the development of sporting qualities (coordination, speed, concentration, etc.). A weekly session of one hour or one hour 30 in the year (cycle of 30 sessions) is proposed. A drink and a snack are offered to the children at each session.

Upcoming adult and youth courses

Internships will also be offered very soon for adults and the youngest. Different formulas will be possible, during school holidays, on weekends or evenings in order to work on specific moves and situations.
