The UrbanSoccer - Urban complexPadel is recruiting a development manager Padel on the site of 4 rue Paul Langevin, 59260 Lezennes

The development manager Padel has for mission to supervise the practice and to ensure the management and the promotion of the activity Padel as well as ensuring the reception of football customers.

His missions include:

  • Sports: he prepares educational sessions and adapts them to different audiences, leads his interventions, ensures relationships with the public;

  • Development: he leads actions to develop the activity Padel and football in collaboration with its UrbanSoccer Center Manager;

  • Commercial: he canvass a clientele to sell the services offered;

  • Management: he welcomes, informs, advises customers Padel/ Foot5 and provides day-to-day sales and service reservation operations.

It is placed under the authority of the head of center and the management who exercise a continuous control of the missions entrusted.

Strongly desired racket sport skills. Dynamism, pronounced taste for the challenge, autonomy and good relationship are essential qualities.
