As you can see, there were only straight set matches, often with fairly dry victories. Boronad and Fonteny were not unworthy but they lost to the reigning World Champions, the Paraguayans Dehnike and Gonzalez. Pillon and Robert also offered a great battle against the strong Mexicans Garcia and Gonzalez.

In the end, four French pairs are qualified for the rest of the events at the Open, in addition to Louis Jover and Julien Biron, who begin their tournament this Tuesday in the u18 boys against the Argentinians Conte and Maier.

We will provide you with another article in the morning with the posters and match schedules of the French pairs this Tuesday.
