It's official ! The giant Rafa Mendez has it announced on his Instagram account, he will share the track with Gonzalo Rubio on the World Padel Tour !

Following his separation of Christian Fuster, we wondered who would continue with Gonzalo Rubio (40 WPT). And so it is with Rafa Mendez (57 WPT) that the left-hander will share the track next season. The Spanish giant (1m97) separates from Salva Oria with whom he finished last season and started 2021. The latter, injured his ankle lately, has already found a new partner in the person ofAday Santana, which therefore leaves the legend Cristian Gutierrez. Note that two of the pairs that split up were dominated by Tison / Zapata during the Vigo Open!

So things are moving quite a bit on the World Padel Tour, since we will have at least four new pairs at the next tournament in Santander. It remains to be seen with whom Cristian Gutierrez will register. To be continued in the next episode !
