During the pre-war of the next Open WPT Bastad, 5 teams with French were in contention. 

The morning was very positive with 5 wins in 5 matches. Games in which the French were rather favorites, apart from Bastien Blanqué who played in perf ... and what perf! An 6 / 7 7 / 6 7 / 6 win that will be good for the team's cohesion between Bastien and his new partner. 

The matches resumed from 16h30 and we expected much more difficult games, all French players met teams close or installed in the TOP 100. 

Unfortunately, we were playing 3 defeats for Bastien Blanqué, Robin Haziza and Adrien Maigret and a 7 / 6 defeat at 3e for Ben Tison and Jérémy Scatena. Johan Bergeron and Max Moreau lost their matches by not far from the 1er set with unfortunate 7 / 6 tie breaks. 

From tomorrow, the French will make their entry. Léa Godallier and Mélissa Martin will have an 1er round against ranked players but in a match that seems on paper within their reach. Laura Clergue will play from the 2nd pre-warning round in the AM.
