To this question, you could be answered that there are many more players of padel today than 10 years ago. And so naturally, to tell you that the competition is even fiercer among professionals, both for girls and for boys.

The level continues to rise, that's for sure, and players tend to say that there aren't really any easy matches anymore. However, if we analyze the tables of the main tournaments of padel, the winners, the pairs that reach the semi-finals, we observe that in the end there are relatively few surprises.

In ladies, pairs 1 and 2 almost always end up in the final. For men, it's more or less the same, and when a pair fails, we see that most of the time it's pair 3 or 4 that takes over.

Of course, there will be exceptions, but in general we notice the dominance of the main world pairs in terms of titles. And given the extreme longevity of some players, one wonders if the competition is really more important today than 10 years ago.

In tennis, we have seen the BIG 4 monopolize the best places for years. Why would it be otherwise in the padel ?
