The A1PADEL Asuncion continues with the victories of Allemandi / Aguirre and Alfonso / De Pascual in the quarterfinals.
The Spanish pair of Urzola and Guiral created a surprise by winning the first set 6/3 against Tito / Tolito, during the quarter-finals of the Asunción Open. However, Allemandi and Aguirre rallied in the second set, winning it convincingly 6/1. In the third set, Aguirre and Allemandi took over and clinched their place in the semi-finals with a solid 6/1.
In a match full of twists and turns, Perry and Pérez won the first set 6/4. However, De Pascual and Alfonso responded strongly, taking the second set 6/0, thanks to precise volleys and decisive shots. In the third set, which was tight, Alfonso and De Pascual managed to break the service of Perry and Pérez in the fifth game, which allowed them to validate their ticket for the semi-finals (4/6 6/0 6 /4).
