During her split from Nicole Traviesa, we had fun predicting partners for Alix Collombon in 2021 on the WPT, Jessica Castello and Tamara Icardo now appear to be the two most likely options.

Several left-wing players already taken

During the separation between Alix and Nicole, we had already started to make a selection of the players with whom the French champion could partner on the World Padel Tour in 2021.

Among the tracks mentioned at the beginning, several players have already found a partner. Sofia Araujo will play with Eli Amatriain, Ana Catarina Nogueira with Cata Tenorio, and more recently, two possible partners for Alix have joined forces: Victoria Iglesias and Aranzazu Osoro.

In our last article, we were betting on 3 players : Jessica Castello, Tamara Icardo, and… Aranzazu Osoro… So there are only two left...

Icardo to make a team Head Padel ?

The idea is interesting. Two players who have the same sponsor, about the same age (25 for Tamara, 27 for Alix), and who have ambition for the WPT. Icardo is a rather tall left player (1m78), comfortable on high balls, and aggressive play. She would therefore form a very solid pair with the Frenchwoman.

Jessica, a name that works well for Alix!

Triple champion of France with Jessica Ginier, we can say that the first name Jessica succeeds in Alix! Jessica Castello is a bit smaller player than Tamara Icardo, but with a fairly similar style of play. Physical and talented, the 23-year-old would form with the French a very strong pair at the net and very hard to maneuver.

For us, one of these two girls will partner with Alix Collombon in 2021, which is obviously a very good thing for the Frenchwoman since they are two very good players, ambitious and with a style of play perfectly adapted to that of the triple champion of France!

It's up to you to tell us which one you think will be the lucky one!
