Beach tennis and Padel are two emerging sports with very strong potential. Their integration into the French tennis federation leads us to question the reasons for this integration and the relevance for these sports in order to develop in France.

Indeed, the initial observation is based on a federation, the 2ème more important in France, which in these hours of "glory", at the time when its number of licensees continued to increase year after year, left sports close to tennis like table tennis or squash to develop, see let some sports leave the federation as the badminton that 1978 becomes autonomous in the way to federate. At the time, all was well for the FFT, but recently, and for the first time in its history, the FFT sees its number of licensees decline over several years in a row.

The decision was taken by the FFT, to rectify the situation, among other things by integrating the beach and the padel. We will study the different interactions with each other in order to know if these decisions taken by the Federation were judicious and if this integration within the FFT is a good thing for the development in France of these new disciplines.
