While many legends of world padel have announced their retirement at the end of the season, Carolina Navarro is not finished with professional padel.
It's official, Carolina Navarro will still be on the slopes in 2024. Indeed, the Malaga native announced it in a very short post on Instagram: she is signing up for one more season. If the world padel will unfortunately lose Juan Martin Diaz and the Alayeto binoculars (in addition to Juani Mieres, Pablo Lima and Eli Amatriain who have already hung up their calls), he will always be able to count on the one who was world number 1 for nine years!
And if the 47-year-old player will clearly not have had her best career season in 2023, with ten eliminations in the first round on the WPT, she still has the desire to work to improve. Thus, the one who played a quarter-final this year with Marina Guinart, will try to do better next year. Still with the 1m78 left-hander? We don't know yet.
