Quarantine is not an excuse to remain inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in great shape when resuming padel.

Today we offer you a special training padel, proposed once again by Sergio Alba, number 67 at the WPT. For today's session you only need a few square meters, and your padel.

After warming up well, training consists of chain 3 exercises : forehand volley and backhand volley, then live forehand and live backhand, and finally forehand after glass then backhand after glass. Please note the support work as well as the gestures carried out with a short preparation. After yesterday’s session, dedicated to footwork, it's time to put your support into action.

In order for this work to be interesting at the cardiac level, it is advisable to practice it in the form of a fraction. The 30/15 (30 seconds of effort / 15 seconds of rest) is a well-suited format. You will realize 3 series of 2 sequences of the three exercises, taking 2 to 3 minutes of rest between sets.
