When F1 stops in Italy, the paddock boils over for the thirteenth stage of the season. But even in the heart of this competition, four pilots managed to have a good time by embarking on a game of padel at Tennis Padel Sun in Beausoleil.

Once again, the padel in the process, gets a lot of publicity thanks to these 4 pilots and on the eve of one of the 4 Major of Premier Padel.

During a press conference, Lando Norris shares his experience of this recreational day with enthusiasm. “To start, I was associated with Alexander Albon and we shone on the pitch, which led us to reorganize the teams due to a certain imbalance. I thus had the chance to play with Max Verstappen, who recently arrived in our group. The result ? Another victory under our belt. What remains constant is that I won, and George Russell suffered defeat!”

While keeping a smile, he adds: “This experience was most pleasant, we had fun like crazy. We play regularly, especially with George. It must be said that our cries and our passionate reactions sometimes make people cringe. It is quite common to see the nervousness skyrocket during a game, but despite everything, it was an extremely pleasant experience”, jokes the McLaren driver.

The serious business starts with a qualifying session this Saturday.
