The window exit padel, it is when a player hits the ball after it has touched the back glass (or back wall). There are generally 2 ways to approach this ball which has just hit the back of the field: Either by hitting the ball hard, most often in the middle, or while touching it.

Champions of padel, Jérémy Scatena and Willy Lahoz come back to these two shots.

Jérémy - Aggressive window return

We will see together the very aggressive return of the window, in the center of the field. Why the center?

Because it tactically allows not to open an angle and have an easier ball to play then if you do not win the point on the 1er stroke.

To perform this shot, I advise a rotation of the bust and shoulders. Above all, throw your left hand before the right hand, to open the rib cage and have a lot of power.

Willy - finesse window exit

We will see together the exit of glass played in finesse, in the feet of the opponent.

A tactical move to try to win the point directly, or take advantage in the exchange

To make this move, you have to raise the racket very high, at the level of the head, and when the ball is at this same level.

You have to rotate your whole body to play the short cross zone.

Or fold the ball in lift to aim at the opponent's feet.

This then allows you to have an easy end to play to complete the point.
