Via a communicated, the French Tennis Federation informs us that it has exceeded the symbolic bar of one million licensees for this 2023 season.

For the second consecutive year, the FFT has indeed reached the milestone of one million licensees, even posting a better passing time than last year (figure reached during the month of June). 

To explain these good figures, the FFT thinks of several reasons, such as the implementation of new licenses padel and beach tennis but also :

- The mobilization and involvement in the field management teams, volunteers and teachers;
- The successful 2023 back-to-school campaign with its Open Days;
- The launch of Urban tennis, a new very accessible practice that allows everyone to discover the pleasure of the game.
