It is on Yas Island, in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, that the padel takes us today.

On January 19, sales will open for a new real estate project called The Sustainable City by promoters Aldar Properties and Diamond Developers.

We told you about it last November, the city of Dubai has a brand new high-tech center to meet ever-increasing demand. And the news tends to confirm that the little yellow bullet virus is spreading in major cities across the country.

This new building complex is proof of that. Indeed it will offer its residents common facilities and equipment, including an equestrian center, a gym, several swimming pools, cycle paths, football pitches, basketball courts, but also retail stores, points restaurants, a crèche and above all… padel.

To a lesser extent, this initiative is somewhat similar to what was already being done in Spain a few years ago. When a new residence saw the light of day, it was often equipped with one or two tracks of padel. Obviously, this phenomenon now seems to be exported to other parts of the globe!
