The FFT has just reveal the list of pairs who obtained a wild-card for the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major. And we are surprised to see that the French number 4, Max Moreau, is not one of those who obtained a wild-card for the main table. The 36-year-old will therefore have to go through the previas.

For this Major which takes place at Roland-Garros, the organization could allocate 4 wild-cards table and 2 wild-cards qualifications for the men. And as we told you earlier today, the Scatena/Nunes, Leygue/Insa, Maigret/Inzerillo and Blanqué/Guichard pairs were the lucky ones.

We are inevitably a little surprised to see that Max and the Italian Salandro are absent from this list. Indeed, the Cannes player is the fourth French player in the FIP ranking, and he and his partner have more cumulative points than the duos Leygue/Insa, Maigret/Inzerillo and Blanqué/Guichard…

But obviously, the points are not the most important criterion, since when awarding the wild-cards for qualifying, the Cancel / Raichman pair, which has 70 points, was preferred to the De Meyer / Vanbauce duo, which has 107.

What were the elements that weighed the most in the balance when making these choices? It's hard to say, but we imagine that there are at least three disappointed players this Wednesday evening...
