Accustomed to the indoor tracks of their center 4 Padel in Petite-Forêt (Valenciennes), some members of the association “My Apero Padel” met on the Côte d'Azur to test different terrain padel near their resorts.

The adventure began at Padel Club d'Èze, club chaired by Michel Borfiga and located on the heights of Monaco. Carlito warmly welcomed us to the five tracks offered by the club. It was an opportunity to play with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, then to taste the local Monegasque beer after the game, a moment inseparable from our association. The club is planning a celebrity VIP tournament in September. Mark your calendars if you are in the Monaco region!

Near Èze, we visited the Beausoleil club, where in the middle of nature there are tennis courts, football pitches and five padel, including two magnificent semi-covered slopes in Monegasque colours.

Going back down to Cannes, we headed for the Padel Riviera of Mougins. Bruce welcomed us on the roof of a shopping center which includes three courts and a “single track”. The complex, with a terrace lined with palm trees, reminds us that we are of course the Côte d'Azur. As a reminder, the club had organized a women's P1000 a few years ago with, in exhibition, Paquito Navarro and Gaby Reca, and more recently a P500 with the Hanouna / Scatena pair as headliner.

Along the Corniche d'Or, the road linking Cannes to Fréjus, we stopped at Ultra Cap Esterel, in the commune of Saint-Raphaël. With seven tracks installed in the heart of a residence with swimming pool, golf course and restaurants, this club is one of the largest on the Côte d'Azur. We were welcomed by Camille, who that day was organizing, as on every holiday, padel. The club notably hosted the Cupra in July Padel Point Tour, with exhibitions of professional players.

Back in Cannes, we met Anthony, manager of the Padel Mandelieu-la-Napoule club, located on the Barbossi estate. This small country club offers three tracks, a restaurant and a swimming pool. Anthony revealed to us that he had plans to open three additional tracks.

Going back to the hinterland of Cannes, we discovered the All In Country Club of Grasse. This magnificent complex offers seven outdoor tracks and plans to open four padels covered in 2024. The club also has a gym and a superb restaurant adjoining a beautiful covered terrace. It was an opportunity for us to face a member of the Padel Elite of Valenciennes on holiday in the region.

This beautiful adventure over, return to the North where the new season of the association “My Apero Padel” will begin on September 1. On the program: new events, always with the aim of developing and promoting the padel in Hauts-de-France.
