This circuit, we have already talked about it, it is called Ultimate Padel Tour. According to our sources, this circuit which wants to focus on Spain and does not want to ask for exclusivity from those who will play it, could benefit from fairly significant investments, without however wanting to compete with the Premier Padel.

Indeed, the will of the Ultimate Padel Tour is rather to allow young players to blossom and to give more professional events to Spain, which after having had thirteen in 2023 only has four in the new calendar Premier Padel. And if the FIP intends to organize several of the most important FIP ​​Tour tournaments in Spain, as we saw yesterday with Valladolid, the market is so large that it could support other competitions. It is into this breach that the Ultimate intends to rush Padel Tour.

But what interests us today is to know if Netflix and Amazon will be among the shareholders of this circuit. A priori no, it is just a rumor which follows the fact that two of the founders of the circuit, Hugo Lopez-Velarde and Yayo Muñoz de Cote, work respectively at Amazon and Netflix.

These two big companies should therefore not invest in the circuit for the moment, but with employees in the Ultimate organization chart. Padel Tour, this could very well be possible in the future. But before that, let's first wait to see if this circuit will really see the light of day...
