4PADEL Annemasse (74) is recruiting a padel representative from October  2022 .

4PADEL Annemasse has 4 indoor padel courts and 4 Foot5 pitches in Ville-la-Grand (74), with a 150 m2 sports bar.

The padel referent is versatile and participates in the performance and development of the center and padel under the responsibility of the Center Director.

 Main missions : 

  • Welcome, animate customers, inform them, guide them, collect benefits;
  • Develop padel offers (academy, courses, leisure, tournaments, etc.);
  • Organize events, tournaments and ensure that they run smoothly;
  • Ensure the maintenance and monitor the upkeep of the courts;
  • Follow up on objectives with the center director throughout the year;
  • Manage and supervise coaches and referees;

 Operational duties: 

  • Center logistics management
  • Animation web & social networks
  • Invoicing and customer payments
  • Reservations management
