La Toupie Bleue offers an internship Padel on Barcelona on the rise from May 7 to 11, 2018

1 DAY: ADELANTE CHICOS!
Remi and his team will welcome you to the hotel where you will take possession of your apartments.
Once all participants have arrived, we will launch the course with a little running in Barcelona!
After your shower at the hotel and before you join the "citutat" (the city), we will serve you a welcome aperitif.

DAY 2: CA BOSSE DUR!
In the morning, 1h physics will be given (reinforcement of the lower limb + upper limb)
2h group course interspersed with a small "break" you
will hit the little yellow ball
Half an hour on the technique will be dispensed.
Lunch will be served at the club directly.
Free area in the early afternoon
Before raking, you will enjoy the pool of the club, for half an hour?
1h30 practice / game with Spanish monitors
will come to punctuate your late afternoon.

DAY 3: THE STAGE BAT HIS FULL

In groups of 3 and supervised by an instructor padel, you will continue your teaching for 2 hours.
A new technical sequence of half an hour will be proposed in stride.
In the afternoon, the same event as the previous day is at
program.

DAY 4: VAMOS PRACTICANDO
During 1h, a fractional work will be done (shifts work on the court, race phases, recovery ...)
2h of lessons with an instructor will be dispensed.
Free area in the early afternoon, the perfect time to discover the city, relax ...
An hour and a half of play with monitor will allow you to adjust before the tournament the next day!

DAY 5: SHOW MUST GO ON
