Australia embarks on a whole new type of competition padel : the padel State of Origin. A first tournament modeled on an unmissable rugby event.

No more waiting: here is the code name for this new style of Made In Australia tournament. For the little info, the “State of Origin” is a 3-match rugby tournament between New South Wales and Queensland. The best of the 3 matches becomes the champion.

On this basis, the organizers decided to attract a large number of players and then launch “the Australian Padel Tour ”, long awaited by Aficionados.

It will therefore be the February 20 and 21 next that this first tournament will take place distributed as follows: on February 20 in the morning, match 1, on February 20 in the afternoon, match 2, and on February 21, match 3, in the club of padel from Sydney.

Who will be proclaimed the winner?

Each match will be scheduled as follows: 3 men's matches and the team that wins at least two matches will win the first match. Same thing with the second round then the third. The team which has won at least 2 rounds will leave with the first trophy.

But that's not all…

And yes, so that this first tournament is a celebration of padel, will also take place 2 women's matches as well as 3 mixed, the opportunity to bring together a maximum of people for this event.
