Trilogy Pro 4: control and precision within your reach

This reference stands out for its impressive control and stunning character. Being the only round shape in my comparative evaluation, the pala selected by Patty Llaguno takes its name from the three-branched bridge that characterizes it, but can also be interpreted, in the language of diamond dealers, as a three-stone jewel more commonly called a trilogy . These three stones symbolize the past, present and future, indicating that this model has evolved, adapts to the moment and will continue to improve in the future.

In many belief systems and symbolism, the number 3 is often associated with stability and balance, terms which perfectly summarize the temperament of this pala. Enhanced by a bold turquoise green which sets it apart from other colors generally observed and a timeless charcoal black arranged in a checkerboard pattern across the entire surface of the frame, the Trilogy Pro 4 is a triply elegant, high-performance and astonishing reference. The glossy coating adds a touch of sophistication, while the 3D printing similar to that of the Fenix 4 directly integrated into the mold provides additional grip during shots requiring spin.

Also from the Pro Series collection, just like its predecessors, this model benefits from a padded wrist strap as well as Shock-Out technology incorporating bumpers in the holes of the frame and a overgrip in the handle.

On track

The Trilogy Pro 4 demonstrates remarkable maneuverability and responsiveness, allowing it to respond with disconcerting ease in complex situations. Its round shape and fairly low balance make it a formidable ally for reflex volleys and ultra-precise swings. Versatile and docile, it is equipped with a medium hardness EVA core which will delight the majority of players, and a 24K carbon fiber covering, a value never exceeded until now. This combination highlights remarkable versatility, which offers both power and dynamism, while presenting a most convincing sweet spot.

I was very enthusiastic about testing this reference and my opinion was widely shared by the other testers present. I'm still looking for flaws in this racket as it perfectly suits my style of play! Although big hitters may prefer denser rubber and/or more lead balance, the Trilogy Pro 4 remains a must-have for anyone looking for control, maneuverability and guaranteed, controlled power. These parameters also give it a certain comfort in the defensive environment, although the ball release can be a little too restricted for players who do not fully invest in each shot.

Conclusion

Perfectly suited to incisive left-wing players who like to take the game into their own hands, the pala used by Javi Garcia and Patty Llaguno will also appeal to patient right-wing players who prefer to build the point and wait for the opening. It is also recommended for women looking for a racket offering excellent balance while ensuring a notable offensive dimension.

Stay tuned as I will come back to you soon with a detailed report of the latest reference Siux which I tested.
