In the Eastern Conference, seed 1, Tennis Padel Club de Bandol wins and secures a place in Nationale 1.

In the Western Conference, it is the Saint Jean-Luz club, Le Central Sport Club, which validates its ticket for a great adventure in the first division of the padel French.
