The development of padel is a priority of the FFT. With the creation of a specific mission entrusted to Arnaud di Pasquale to drive the multi-year roadmap, the FFT wants to go quickly and far.

It allowed us to have clear visibility through its document “Elements of assessment on the first 100 days of the new governance and next steps ”.

The first 100 days

The FFT will tackle 3 points in the coming days / weeks:

  • Strengthening ties with the International Federation,
  • The establishment of a land of padel dedicated for Roland Garros 2021 (which will be made sustainable to allow year-round practice in the stadium),
  • The creation of a National Council of Padel integrating the members of the Federal Commission of Padel, elected representatives of Comex and CST and representatives of private clubs and affiliated clubspadel land roland garros 2015

Next steps :

  • Launch of a Guide to padel for all elected officials, administrative officials of leagues and regional animation teams;
  • Reflection on the creation of a dedicated oadel license;
  • Finalization of the contents of the Training Title Padel (TFP) with the direction of Training and deployment of the TFP in the leagues for September / October;
  • Creation of a newsletter Padel monthly;
  • Development of a future calendar of national and international competitions structured and expanded;
  • Organization of a first dedicated event in Aix en Provence at the beginning of July to raise the visibility of the discipline

The Puteaux project relaunched

In terms of monitoring major works, we will take over the Ile de Puteaux sports center project.

Objectives: cost control, and rework the environmental and sporting dimension of the project.
