We will work much more violently to gain muscle, speed, endurance and above all power. There are many exercises to perform alone or with two. Personally I advise to do exercises for two reasons: you encourage yourself, you suffer together, you exceed your limits. If you can do your season preparation with your gaming partner, the better your union will be.

During the season

The training on the hill is a good complement to your usual training and does not come cheap if you do it yourself.
