We know of many supposed remedies for elbow tendonitis, tennis elbow / Padel elbow. For some players, this inflammation is a real ordeal and persists. Obligation to leave our favorite sport aside for long weeks in order to fully recover. Besides stretching or offering creams or even medicinal solutions, here is one of the remedies that can save you.

We are not going to talk here about solutions for tennis elbow but the cause of this inflammation of the elbow tendon: your racket. A handle too big or not big enough causes this tendinitis. So first thing to do would be to play with different grip sizes.

Another cause to change is your racket. And yes, snowshoes for men more easily cause tendonitis than women's snowshoes, which are often more flexible. So do not be ashamed of the color of the pala you grab. If tendonitis is your problem, think of taking a look at the ladies' pala range, they are for some almost equivalent to those gentlemen, and they could well save your elbow!
