Definitely, this start to the season of World Padel Tour unlike any of the previous ones. The proof with tables of the first Open 500 in history !

After the notable absentees of the WPT Paraguay Open, a new tournament will bear the brunt of many absences of big heads.

It is indeed unheard of in the history of the World Padel Tour since among the gentlemen, almost all of the top 20 have decided to skip the tournament to be held from March 27 to April 2 in Reus.

Note that this is an Open 500, a category that resembles the old formula of the WPT with the Challengers and which the best players in the world ignored.

In the top 20 of the ranking, only one player has responded: it is Momo González (n°14) who will play with his new partner Miguel Yanguas Diez (n°23). The Andalusians will form the number 1 seed of the tournament.
