As part of the opening of the Urban centerPadel Vern-sur-Seiche (4 indoor courts), we are looking for a Padel (and Badminton) Activity Manager. Capable of both commercially developing the center's activity and also running the courts, the Padel Manager aims to ensure the proper functioning and optimize the profitability of the activity. In a young and dynamic atmosphere, the Manager is responsible for guaranteeing Urban servicesPadel and ensure the management and promotion of this activity.

- Venue: UrbanSoccer / UrbanPadel– The Bois de Soeuvres, Rue de Chantepie, 35770 Vern-sur-Seiche
- Contract: CDI – 39h
- Contract start date: 1st quarter 2023
MISSIONS
- Individual and group padel lessons (adults/children)
- Organization of tournaments, leagues, internships, children's / company events...
- Management of the pro-shop in connection with the head office: orders for the center, stock management, sales
- Commercial approaches for customer development, animation of social networks, partnerships with local clubs
- Ensure the proper maintenance and presentation of areas dedicated to padel (changing rooms, club house, playing area, pro-shop)
- Opening and reception of Urban customersPadel registration / collection of customers according to schedule, versatility possible with the UrbanSoccer team
SKILLS
- STAPS or studies in the field of sport or TFP
- Coaching diploma with up-to-date professional card
- Mastery of the pack Office
- Dynamism, pronounced taste for the challenge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion and good level / ranking for tennis / padel
- Rigor
