Manuel Vives and Julien Seurin, the French duettists, distinguished themselves during the tournament FIP Star Monos in Brazil. They impressed with their performances, making their way to the semi-finals where they will face thehe Brazilian brothers João Pedro Flores and Stefano Palma Flores.

No 2ᵉ French pair in the semi-finals since the pair of Meyer / Raichman lost with honors in the quarter-finals.

Stefano Flores is a well-known face. He previously participated in the APT Padel Tower (A1 Padel) alongside two other Brazilians, Da Cunha and Julianotti. Today, he and his brother are recognized as a formidable pair on the pitch.

Manuel Vives shares his enthusiasm for this Brazilian adventure on the eve of its semi-final:

“It's a real joy to be in the semi-finals of the FIP Star. This performance is our greatest performance outside major competitions (Wild Card), where we earn points directly.

This success, we obtained it by the sweat of our brow. During the quarter-final, we were able to resist and win after saving four match points in the last set. In the semi-finals, we faced a very good Brazilian pair for a victory in 6/4, 7/5.

It was an exceptional game. Probably the best of my career. Our attitude was excellent.

We now prepare to play against the pair 10 of the tournament, the Flores brothers. They are considered one of the best Brazilian pairs, out of the players participating in the World Padel Tour / Premier Padel, such as Bergamini, Compagnolo and Lima.”

The match will be followed at the beginning of the afternoon on the FIP Youtube channel.
