  1. Dynamic exercises

These are all forms of training that works with repetitions of muscle contractions. You have two methods for dynamic exercises: concentric and eccentric. The first involves speeding up the movement when lifting the dumbbell up, and the second is holding the weight when you release it. This is when the muscle is working the most.
