Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sanchez recorded this Saturday their 19th victory in a row on the World Padel Tour in the semi-finals of the WPT Amsterdam Open.

After dominating Las Heras/Virseda yesterday, the new number 1 in the WPT rankings swept away the twins Mapi and Majo Alayeto. The latter, led 6/1 5/2, had a burst of pride to return to 4/5, but that was not enough to prevent the inexorable victory of Josemaria / Sanchez, 6/1 6/4.

Paula Josemaria was everywhere this Saturday

Thanks to this success, Gustavo Pratto's players will play a new final this Sunday on the WPT. It will face Martita Ortega and Bea Gonzalez, who fought nearly three hours to qualify against Patty Llaguno and Virginia Riera. The world numbers 1 will seek their 8th title this season, after the one gleaned last Sunday at the WPT Madrid Masters.

This final will be to live on Canal + Sports 360
