After Cascais “false start”, Benjamin Tison and Martin Sanchez Piñeiro set the record straight with a win in the first round of the WPT Swedish previas Padel Open.

Faced with Miguel Ángel Solbes (84) and Jaime Fermosell (77), the Frenchman and his partner achieved a convincing success: 6/2 6/4.

It's the very first victory in official competition for the Tison/Piñeiro duo, and it's a good way to build up confidence before the shock that awaits the Franco-Spanish pair tomorrow. Indeed, Benjamin and Martin will be opposed tomorrow morning at 10:30 a.m. to Alvaro Cepero (55) and Jesus Moya (40), seeded 2 in the previas!
