4PADEL is recruiting versatile team members for its main regions: IDF, Grand Est, Hauts de France, Normandy, Aquitaine, Rhône Alpes!

The Field Teammate guarantees a good customer welcome and promotes the positive image of the company. He ensures the quality of customer service and ensures their complete satisfaction. He is responsible for the sale of commercial offers (B2B and B2C), the management and animation of tournaments and academies padel, collection, maintenance of the club He has a large degree of autonomy in his daily work on missions defined with the managers.

The Field Teammate can acquire experience, autonomy and responsibilities through their tasks with the aim of evolving. Be the relay for the various programs including “it plays for everyone” by ensuring an inclusive and responsible practice of sport. Ensure a good relationship by supporting our local social representatives and various partners: schools, associations, youth centers, sports clubs and communities.

Versatile crew

The versatile team member will assist the center director in all center activities (commercial, operational, administrative, communication):

  • Welcoming customers and managing reservations
  • Commercial prospecting with companies, CEs, associations, schools
  • General maintenance of the center
  • Bar and Proshop management
  • Implementation of communications actions
  • Organization of events, championships, tournaments
  • Communication via social networks Minimum bac+2 training in STAPS / sports management or business school Mastery of STD office software (office), knowledge of social networks

Required qualities :

  • Knowledge and regular practice of padel

Coaches

4PADEL also recruits coaches from its network.

Required qualities :

  • Graduate of DMFP or TFP
  • Be versatile in welcoming the public (Adults, children)
  • Be able to organize and manage a youth or adult academy
  • Distribute and represent the brand 4PADEL
