Things have changed a lot this summer on the APT Padel Round. The Allemandi/Tolito pair very quickly upset the hierarchy, and they dangerously threaten Arce/Dal Bianco, who fails to stop the bleeding at the APT ranking.

In a pocket square

"I always play to win. Of course I would like to be number 1. But there are a lot of rivals that I don't know about. (...) I believe in myself and I hope things will go well”, explained Tito Allemandi to Padel Magazine when introduced as an APT player.

The Argentinian is now very close to this goal. He is now in 4th place in the APT ranking. Playing his first season on the circuit, the Argentinian has no points to defend from last season, and only adds up the points.

In the Race standings (ranking of points over the season), Tito Allemandi is already in first place, ahead of Arce, Dal Bianco, and his teammate Tolito Aguirre.

The battle rages on for the Final Master

16 players will qualify for the Master Final of Guadalajara which will be played next December. It is therefore the 16 highest ranked athletes who will have to form pairs to participate in the biggest event of the season.

All points count, and the last 2 Masters and the last Open are likely to be even more contested than usual. If the first 11 of the current Race seem to have their place rather well assured, behind everything is very tight.

Julianoti, Sanchez Blasco and Restivo still have their place in the 16, but De Pascual, Del Moral, Cristian Guitierrez and the Deus are coming in very strong and risk upsetting this hierarchy.

All these players will meet from October 16 to 23 in Mexico, for the Saltillo Master !
