Juani De Pascual and Gonzalo Alfonso produced a strong performance in the quarter-finals of theAPT Padel Torreon Open Tower.

Indeed, for their first tournament together, the Argentinians won against their compatriots Tolito Aguirre and Tito Allemandi, who form the second pair on the circuit. Author of a very solid match, the new duo won in two sets: 6/3 6/2. Tonight they will find Alfonso's former team-mate Federico Chiostri and his new partner Yain Melgratti, who won against Spaniards Luque and Gonzalez: 7/6 6/2.

The other quarter-finals were also played in straight sets. Del Moral and Frugoni edged Oliveira and Restivo 6/3 6/2, while No. 1s Dal Bianco and Arce did the same against Cuello/Egea 6/2 6/3.
