Rossignol Padel presented the new 2019 racket collection from padel which will be available in some stores and websites from February 1st. During the official presentation on December 17 at Club AQA Los Prunos, in Madrid, Rossignol Padel returned to his adventure in the padel but also in a market whose “prices are very aggressive. "

Rossignol Padel began his adventure in the padel over a year ago now, offering rackets produced in Spain.

"What makes the price is also the added value of a racket and embedded technologies".

"Our snowshoes have a strong added value unlike the classic rackets of the market. We use, among other things, unique technologies developed by our engineers. Rossignol is a big company with many patents".

Pablo Aymà, trainer of world 3rd pair Gemma Triay and Lucía Sainz, member of Rossignol Pádel's product development team, was responsible for leading this presentation.

Fewer models

First, first observation, in 2019, Rossignol Padel reduces the number of models. There were until today. In 2019, we will have 7 models. Indeed, Rossignol Padel wish “se focus on high end models because players prefer premium rackets”Explains Joel Gomez, Sales Director padel for Rossignol.

Three new models

First, all rackets were built to increase the durability of snowshoes.

Fewer models, but 3 new models: F550 hard, F300 Control and pala hero.

We are in continuity with previous models. So no panic.

The F550 Hard is a more robust version of the famous F550, the flagship racquet of the French brand. The rubber used is more rigid. Conclusion the rebound is sharper than the old F550. Here the racket is clearly positioned as a sharp racket, oriented for players who like this kind of racket. A racquet rather for experienced players. We stay on a powerful racket that is aimed more at attackers.

As its name suggests, the F300 Control is a high-end racquet that is for competitors looking for a round and balanced racquet. Particularly accessible, intermediate players will appreciate its accessibility compared to for example the F550, more demanding.

La Héro, is a new racquet model from Rossignol Padel. La Héro takes its name from Rossignol competition skis. A racquet that is placed between the F300 and the F550 in terms of sensation. But beware, this is a racquet full of technology and house patents.

ROSSIGNOL technologies PADEL

We know it, Rossignol Padel is one of the leading technology providers padel and is therefore part of a relatively closed circle of companies investing in research and development around the padel.

Rossignol manufactures all of its snowshoes in Spain. We also gave you a tour of their factory in Barcelona a year ago (in Artés to be precise). Rossignol uses a particular concept: Rossignol Fit Concept which is an innovative method for developing and creating its snowshoes. padel depending on hardness, weight and inertia. The idea is to offer a racket each time unique and specific to the player's game.

Le "Double Power Frame" allows you to take advantage of all the power generated in the handle and transfer it to the impact surface of the racket.

The "Extended Sweet Point" offers a greater playability area with the impact of balls.

Rossignol also offers two technologies from the world of skiing:

  • The "Vibration Absorption System" to dampen vibrations
  • The "Extra Long Life", which keeps intact the graphics of the blade.

Rossignol Padel expands internationally in Spain

Rossignol, which had developed mainly in Catalonia, moved up a gear in 2019 by multiplying sales outlets in 2019. Today in Catalonia, Rossignol counts 30 points of sale. But the French brand attacks Madrid, Andalusia, Levante and northern Spain. In total, these are 60 outlets.

Good news: Rossignol is gaining strength in countries like France, Italy and Japan.

The goal is clear "gmarket share"Explains the sales manager.

But the market is complicated. We need to better communicate our added value. Because the prices are very aggressive and customers may not understand the price difference on the market padel. Nightingale Padel is a unique brand that offers technologies that help gamers play better by importing technology from its other businesses. Because at Rossignol, we use bridges that can be between sports.

Rossignol runs on demand and has no surplus stock, so their prices are very stable.
