We will try to clear a theme that comes up regularly on Padel Magazine : Find a partner to be a part of padel and even a tournament. First, know that this concerns all levels. To play padel, you have to be 4 and finding players of the same level is not necessarily so easy ...

An effective club organizer

This is one of the very important elements in the padel and for the clubs: To have a person who manages the associations of players and creations of parties. It is sometimes difficult to find oneself to be 4. Having a game manager / organizer can make the difference and can help to complete games that would not happen without his intervention.

Software that helps you

Clubs and players are now largely helped and supported by a lot of software that helps clubs manage and create games. But also players to be able to get in touch and create parties much more effectively than a group whatsapp or facebook for example.

Your way of playing

Sometimes we put all the tools in place, you can not find players. This can be explained in different ways and the offender, it can be you too.

It is a chapter whose objective is sometimes the questioning of your own game and / or state of mind on a field.

1. You play for you

Some players come from an individual sport (or not for that matter) and they can sometimes forget something essential to the padel : It's a team sport. We must think of two. Communicate to two. However, the problem that can be seen at times is that players are used to playing alone on the field, to position themselves according to their habits, without thinking of a common strategy with their partner.

This way of playing, can demotivate your partners, even more, those who want to evolve and try to play two.

Example 1:

When you start at padel, some players don't have a very stolen hand. Consequence: These players will want to stay at the bottom. If all the other players are like you and you're having fun, then that's fine.

But if all players go on the fly, while you prefer to stay at the bottom, then you have to push yourself to learn how to move forward. Otherwise, your partners will not want to play with you because you are not in the "tactical spirit" of this sport. And your partners will not be able to have fun so much.

Example 2:

Some beginners are very talented. They are snowshoe players and they have innate skills thanks to their sporting past. It is a very good thing. But it can play you tricks if you are satisfied with your achievements. For example: You never want to play with the glass.

After a while, it can tire your partners, who are sometimes even less talented than you. But it can be breathing sometimes to take advantage of a strong opponent's ball to counter them effectively or give yourself a little time to get back and take the advantage over your opponents.

2. You overestimate yourself

In general, we are always happy to play with players better than oneself and it is certain that this one will never have any problem to integrate a group. On the other hand, sometimes players will go to create parties or groups without ever integrating you. Why ?

It is sometimes difficult to admit it to yourself or to be perfectly clear about your level: But are you sure you have the level to which you claim? Wouldn't it be wiser to play with other players who you think are less good, even if it means proving that people have a bad opinion of you when you can't find partners.

We do not always tell each other things between players, for fear of vexing. But whatever the team partner and even more sports on 2, associations and groups are done naturally and according to levels. If the others feel that you do not deserve to be part of it then it's usually because they have to have at least some truth about your level of play.
