The Federation of Padel Monaco would like to point out that the P1000 finals organized by the Club de Beausoleil which took place in the Principality on Sunday August 18, were played despite the lack of authorization issued by the Department of the Interior and the Federation of Padel Monaco, the only competent authorities in the Principality to authorize such an event.

A request for sanction against Club Beausoleil and the Monte Carlo International Sport Society, co-organizer of the tournament, was made to the Monegasque authorities as well as to the PACA league and the French Tennis Federation.

In addition to the measures that will be taken against the Club, the tournament may be downgraded to P500 or P250 having serious consequences for participating players.

Once again, the leaders of the club were able to put their own interests forward by promoting the Club in defiance of the laws that govern their country, in contempt of the players of the tournament and in contempt of the interests of the Padel in general.
