From football … to padel !

“I spent 5 years in the North in Lille. And one of the first complexes of padel who evolved in France was precisely based in Lille so with colleagues, I often went to play there. It's been over 10 years since I've known le padel.

After I started my career and when I came back here, with the idea of ​​approaching retirement, I said to myself that I was going to set up a business. More than 10 years ago, I already had this idea of ​​setting up a soccer game. But the offer was so strong that I fell back on the padel. I believed in it hard as iron and then I love this sport, so I joined the useful to the pleasant. “

A tournament with footballers in preparation?

“Often, when you are a football player, the holidays are in June and you do a bit of a football overdose.

But on the other hand, we are sports lovers and we tend to play tennis, somewhere the racket is our friend.

And then like everyone else, when we start the padel, we can only be in love and piqued by this sport as they say.

I am in contact with many players who have become friends and who also play padel.

My short-medium term objective would be to organize a big tournament with former football players or players still active. It doesn't happen overnight, it's something that needs to be prepared, but it's our idea! “

Le padel, it clogs everywhere!

“There are traffic jams at the gates of the resorts. padel, not just here.

Insofar as there is such a craze, a lot of “peoples” who also advertise it, the fact that it is broadcast on television …

Today, therefore, people know what the padel. We necessarily want to discover when we know that friends are playing it and from the moment we set foot on the ground, we become addicted to it. “

Future projects?

“We have plans to open two other centres, but I won't say more.

After me, I am a lover of this sport and it allows me as a sportsman by nature to flourish, both to manage the Breizh Padel than playing this sport. ”
